Identity concealment
Personal details and the printed seat number are physically concealed with an opaque holographic sticker before evaluation. The UID barcode — carrying only subject, section, medium, lot and serial — becomes the sole identity the examiner ever sees. The link back to the candidate is re-established only at result processing, inside the institution's own data.

Core capabilities
Two routes to concealed evaluation, the operational services on either side of the examination hall, and the metadata work that keeps records and question banks usable afterwards. Each is deployable on its own.
Barcode-based de-identification separates the candidate from the answer book before evaluation begins. Examiners mark question-wise on screen against a UID; the system totals, validates and records — removing both manual addition and the separate marks data-entry pass.
Student data compilation, examination form processing and validation, seating arrangement and block-wise allocation before the examination — then marks processing, result preparation, and marksheet and certificate printing after it. Full operational support, with or without our evaluation systems.

Examination controversies are rarely about software features. They are about custody, access and evidence. Our architecture is organised around those three questions.
Validation rules — maximum marks, optional-question logic, mandatory question sets — are configured from the paper pattern before evaluation opens, so they apply uniformly.
Every stage has a documented handover: bundle receipt against the supervisor's report, lot segregation, UID assignment, job cards with page counts.
Digital answer books are preserved for the institution's retention period and can be produced — with awarded marks masked — for a re-evaluation request.
