Your systems are ready. The AnswerBook is not.

Most institutions have already invested in an ERP that holds student, subject and examination data, and in a digital evaluation platform that is ready to put scripts in front of evaluators.

Between the two sits a physical AnswerBook — and in most environments, nothing connects them. Scanning is handled manually, by disconnected software, or by an outside team with no link back to the examination record.

A scanned PDF on its own is not enough. Unless it is tied to the right student, subject and paper, and named exactly the way your evaluation platform expects, it cannot be evaluated.

Your ERP holds the student and examination data. Your evaluation platform is ready to evaluate. Nothing in between turns the physical AnswerBook into a correctly identified PDF. That is the layer we build.

Examination scripts are not ordinary documents. For every AnswerBook we process, the system can answer:

  • Which student record it belongs to
  • Which QR or barcode identified it
  • Which jobcard it was linked to
  • When it was scanned
  • Which operator and which scanner processed it
  • Whether re-scanning was required
  • Whether the PDF was generated, and under what filename
  • Whether it was successfully handed over for evaluation

Nothing is reconstructed from memory at the end of a session. It is recorded as it happens.

How an engagement works

Engagements are structured per examination session. Scanning hardware is provided on rental, and scanning manpower is available where you want it.

What institutions ask first

Do we have to change our ERP?
No. We work with your ERP's existing export. The mapping happens on our side.
Which digital evaluation platforms do you support?
Any platform that accepts PDFs to a defined naming and folder convention. We configure the output to that specification.
Who scans the AnswerBooks?
Your own trained staff, using our platform and hardware. Where you prefer, we can provide scanning manpower on request.
Where are the AnswerBooks kept?
On your premises throughout. The application runs on your server and storage, so scripts and data stay within your control.
What happens to a damaged or misfed script?
It is flagged and re-scanned. Re-scanning is part of the standard workflow, and every re-scan is recorded against that AnswerBook.
How do you prevent the same script being processed twice?
Every QR or barcode is validated against the master before scanning. Duplicates and already-processed codes are rejected at that point.
Can you work behind our own platform?
