About APT Solutions
A specialist, by choice
APT Solutions has worked on one problem since 2011: running university examinations securely, accurately and on time. We are not a general IT vendor that also does examinations — the depth is the point.
What we do
We provide the technology and the operations behind concealed evaluation for universities, deemed and private universities, autonomous institutes, junior colleges and examination boards.
That covers the whole lifecycle: barcode generation and answer-book stationery before the examination; receipt, reconciliation, UID concealment and non-destructive scanning after it; automatic allocation, onscreen marking, validation and moderation during evaluation; and verified marks data, digital archival and re-evaluation support afterwards.
Institutions engage us for the whole pipeline or for a single stage — OMR processing, legacy record digitisation, or data compilation — depending on where their own capability ends.

How we work
Four commitments that shape every engagement
Confidentiality is structural, not procedural
We would rather remove the possibility of identity leakage than write a policy forbidding it. That is why concealment is physical and applied before scanning, and why the examiner works from a UID.
Accuracy comes from removing steps
Every manual transcription is a place where a mark can change. Automatic totalling and direct marks recording exist to shorten the path between the examiner's judgement and the declared result.
Operations are part of the product
Software alone does not reconcile a bundle. Receipt discipline, job cards, lot segregation and escalation off a live dashboard are delivered as a defined operation, not left to the institution to invent.
We build for the dispute two years later
Non-destructive scanning, UID-indexed retention and clean re-evaluation copies exist because examination decisions get challenged long after the cycle closes.

Quality and security frameworks
Our internal processes are structured against ISO/IEC 27001 for information security management, ISO 9001 for quality management, and CMMI Level 5 practices for process maturity in how systems are built, deployed and maintained.
Certification documents and scope statements are provided to institutions on formal request during evaluation, audit or tender processes.
