Examination work is audited work. Our internal processes are structured against recognised information security, quality management and process maturity frameworks, and current certification documents are provided to institutions on formal request.
ISO/IEC 27001
An information security management framework covering the establishment, implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of security controls.
Our alignment covers the activities that matter for examination data: scanning, barcoding, data processing and hosting for IT and IT-enabled services.
ISO 9001
A quality management framework built on defined, documented and repeatable processes with measurable improvement.
In examination delivery this translates directly into reconciliation discipline, job-card records, and a cycle that runs the same way the second time as the first.
CMMI Level 5
The optimising level of the Capability Maturity Model Integration, emphasising quantitative process management and continuous improvement.
These practices govern how our examination systems are designed, developed, deployed and maintained across releases.
Beyond the certificate
What the frameworks actually change day to day
A certificate on a wall is not a control. These are the operating habits the frameworks impose on examination work.
- Documented handovers. Bundle receipt, count, discrepancy note and lot segregation are recorded steps with named responsibility, not informal practice.
- Access is granted by role. Supervisor, scanner, examiner and moderator functions are separated, and evaluator access requires a one-time password.
- Changes are controlled. System changes affecting an active examination cycle follow a defined release process rather than being applied mid-cycle.
- Incidents have a path. Discrepancies, rejected books and image-quality failures are logged and escalated through the monitoring dashboard.
- Improvement is measured. Cycle metrics are reviewed after each engagement and fed into the next configuration.
