Pre- & post-examination services
The work on either side of the examination hall
Most examination delay does not happen during marking. It happens in form processing, seating, reconciliation, result preparation and printing. We run those stages as a managed operation for pen-and-paper examinations, whether or not you use our evaluation systems.
Before the examination
Pre-examination services
Everything between the examination notification and the first candidate sitting down.
- Student data compilation. Candidate data compiled from physical forms or online submission, cleaned and structured into a usable master.
- Examination form processing and validation. Forms processed, eligibility and subject combinations validated, exceptions flagged back to the examination office rather than carried forward.
- Seating arrangement. Seating plans prepared against centre capacity and candidate count.
- Block-wise allocation. Candidates allocated to blocks and rooms, with the allocation lists and attendance formats the centre needs on the day.
- Barcode and stationery preparation. Where concealed evaluation is in scope, barcode stickers and answer-book stationery are produced in the same pass.
After the examination
Post-examination services
Everything between the last paper and the certificate in a graduate's hand.
- Marks processing. Question-wise marks captured, validated against maximum marks and paper pattern, and compiled.
- Result preparation. Compiled result data prepared in the structure your result system expects, ready for declaration.
- Marksheet printing. Marksheets produced to your format and security requirements.
- Certificate printing. Certificates produced with the controls appropriate to a document of record.
- Reconciliation reporting. Counts reconciled across received, processed and reported, so the examination office can sign off against documented numbers.
Why outsource this at all
These stages are seasonal, and seasonal work breaks in-house teams
An examination office staffed for routine months cannot absorb the peak without either overtime or error. That is a capacity problem, not a competence problem — and it is the one we are structured for.
- Peak capacity without permanent headcount. Operations scale to the cycle rather than sitting idle between them.
- Defined process, not improvisation. Each stage has documented handovers, counts and sign-off points, which is what makes the cycle repeatable.
- Confidentiality discipline throughout. Every role, including seasonal staff, works under access controls and confidentiality undertakings.
- One accountable partner. Where multiple agencies handle different stages, coordination itself becomes a source of delay. A single operator removes those handovers.
Engage a stage, or the whole span
These services stand alone. An institution running its own evaluation can still hand us form processing and seating; one confident in its pre-examination operation can hand us only marks processing and printing.
Where they are combined with concealed digital evaluation, the same candidate master feeds barcode generation, evaluation and result preparation — which removes the reconciliation work between separately-held datasets.

Tell us where your cycle actually slows down
Form processing, seating, marks capture or printing — we scope against the stage that is costing you time, not against a standard package.
