Recruitment goes better when nobody is surprised in month two.
Seasonal intensity, honestly stated
Examination cycles concentrate the work. Peak periods are demanding and deadline-bound; between cycles the pace changes considerably. This suits some people very well and others not at all.
Confidentiality is a condition of the job
Everyone here works around live examination data. Confidentiality undertakings and access discipline apply to every role, including seasonal positions.
Small teams, visible consequences
A miscount or a mis-keyed mark reaches a real student. That is a heavier kind of accountability than most work carries, and it is why we recruit for care as much as for speed.
Hiring process
What happens after you apply
- Application received
You get a reference number immediately. Keep it — it is how you check progress without having to email and wait.
- Under review
Your CV and your answers to the role's questions are read by the hiring team. We read the answers first; they tell us more than a CV does.
- Conversation
A discussion about the work as it actually is, and about your experience. For operations roles this usually includes seeing a processing centre.
- Decision
We come back either way. The tracker reflects the outcome, so you are never left refreshing an inbox.
